RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Designed for use during intense training ALTRD State helps to promote/support mental sharpness, alertness, wakefulness, to enhance motor performance and cognitive performance and (physical) endurance/energy. It helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and with the formation of red blood cells. RECOMMENDED DOSE: In a shaker mix 1/2 Scoop‡ (~9.6 g)** in 200 ml of ice-cold water. Adjust amount of liquid to suit taste. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before training.
