Shipping policy

Shipping:

We can ship to almost any address in Canada, the United States (including Puerto Rico) and the United Kingdom. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and a small number of products can't be shipped to California. We reserve the right to notify you at any time if your product may no longer be available. Please allow for up to 3 business days of handling time for all orders. If you have not received any order status update emails within 3 business days, please give us a call at 604-474-3405, or send us an email to info@fuelsupplements.com.

US & Puerto Rico Shipping is available! Feel free to access our USD denominated site by clicking the currency option at the top right of our web page on desktops, or in the top left drop down menu on our mobile site.

United States Orders:

We ship every US order with Canada Post, using the service you choose at checkout. Once your package crosses the border, USPS delivers it for the last mile, so the most up-to-date tracking may be on the USPS website. You can also follow it at www.canadapost.ca/track.

No duties on US orders: We prepay all US duties and import fees through our cross-border partner, Zonos, so there is nothing extra to pay when your US order arrives.

  • Tracked Packet USA (packages under 2kg, including the box and packing): 4-7 business days
  • Expedited Parcel USA (all heavier orders): 4-8 business days
  • Xpresspost USA: 2-5 business days

United Kingdom Orders:

UK orders ship with Canada Post: Tracked Packet for packages under 2kg (6-10 business days) and Expedited Parcel for packages over 2kg (5-12 business days). We don't collect UK VAT or duties at checkout, so UK customs or the carrier may charge import VAT and duties on delivery, which the customer pays.

Standard orders within Canada ship through Canada Post's Expedited Parcel Service. Express orders ship by Canada Post Xpresspost or with priority delivery from Amazon. Our warehouse is located in Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Protein Shakes & Drinks
Single ready-to-drink protein shakes in plastic bottles or cartons ship within Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, up to 6 per order in any mix of products and flavours, at our regular shipping rates. They count toward free shipping on orders over $100. If an order has more than 6, we hold it and contact you.
Cases of protein shakes, drinks in cans (including all energy drinks and Barebells protein drinks), waters and other cold drinks are available for local pickup only on regular online orders, and the free shipping offer on orders over $100 doesn't apply to them.
• Want energy drinks shipped? Email us with the drinks you'd like and your postal code. Shipped energy drink orders are delivered within Canada only and carry a flat-rate shipping fee of $50–$150 depending on your location.
• Wholesale customers can get energy drinks picked up or shipped on orders of $1,000 or more, depending on delivery requirements and location. ATS is our default wholesale carrier; however, shipping location, weight and order size may cause your order to be shipped via UPS.
• Seasonal availability: shipping of energy drinks, on both regular and wholesale orders, is seasonal, because only certain carriers can provide the temperature-regulated shipping these drinks need. Availability depends on the time of year and your location.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake. Fuel Supplements has the right to refuse any order or offer.

Resale Policy

All products purchased from fuelsupplements.com are for personal use only and cannot be resold.

Backorders

In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.

Sales Tax

Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia that have HST applied.
