Returns Policy:

CANADA:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, upon our receiving of the product(s) from your order. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return was a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

STRICT US & UK Returns Policy:

Please note: All sales are final for purchases shipped to the United States and United Kingdom. We do not accept returns for orders delivered to these regions.

We will ship replacements only for packages damaged in transit due to carrier fault or defective products. Please contact us via email to info@fuelsupplements.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging within 14 Days of delivery to request a replacement. Any orders we've been contacted past this date will no longer be eligible for replacement.

UK VAT Notice
Fuel Supplements does not collect or remit UK Value Added Tax (VAT) on orders shipped to the United Kingdom. As a result, orders delivered to UK addresses may be subject to import VAT and applicable customs duties upon delivery. The customer is solely responsible for paying any VAT, duties, or customs fees assessed by UK Border Force or the courier at the time of delivery. Orders will not be released by customs until these charges are paid. We recommend reviewing HMRC's import VAT guidelines before placing your order.

UK VAT Customs Value:
Please note that any orders exceeding £135 before discounts may be charged Customs Duty by the Royal Mail upon delivery.

Shipping:

We can ship to almost any address in Canada, the UK, and USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and we reserve the right to notify you at any time if your product may no longer be available. Please allow for up to 3 business days of handling time for all orders, if you have not received any order status update emails within 3 business days please give us a call at 604-474-3405, or send us an email to info@fuelsupplements.com

We ship all US orders via Canada Posts' Tracked Packet International Service for packages under 2kg and via Expedited Parcel Service for packages over 2kg.

Some orders may ship via UPS. If your order's tracking number starts with "1Z" it is likely a UPS tracking number which can be tracked here.

Tracked Packet orders (All shipments outside Canada under 2kg) will deliver in 6-10 business days.

Expedited Parcel - International orders (All shipments outside Canada over 2kg) will deliver in 5-12 business days.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

Occasionally misprints occur on, printed material, email promotions and on our web site pages. In the event that an error does occur, we may not be able to honour the mistake. Fuel Supplements Canada has the right to refuse any order or offer.

Resale Policy

All products purchased from fuelsupplements.com are for personal use only and cannot be resold.

Backorders

In the event that one of your items is out of stock after your order has been processed, we do not delay the rest of your order. Your order is shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they arrive, free of charge. If your order consists of only one item, we will notify you if your item is out of stock. Any backorders longer than 10 business days, we will contact you for alternative arrangements or E.T.A.

Canadian Sales Tax

Orders delivered to all Provinces are subject to 5% GST with the exception of B.C., Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Nova Scotia that have HST applied.
