Two codes, two jobs
As an ambassador you hold two codes. Your referral code is for your audience: it gives them 15% off and earns you 15% commission on every order they place, whether they are new to Fuel or already shop with us. Your 20% ambassador code is for you: use it on your own orders.
Commission is paid only on orders placed by someone other than you. An order you place yourself, or that ships to you, does not earn commission even if your referral code was used, because the 15% discount and the 15% commission are not designed to stack on the same purchase. Use your 20% ambassador code for those orders instead, and you keep earning Fuel Rewards points on them.

How does the 15% commission work?
You'll receive a unique referral coupon code. Every time a customer uses your code to purchase from our top-rated supplements and protein powders, you earn 15% commission on that sale. Every $50+ of Commission will get paid out to your preferred means of payment, at the end of every month. Payouts will usually land in the first two weeks of the following month you make it to $50+ in commissions. You can also receive an additional 20% more commission by taking your payout entirely in store credit! (Some means of payment may not be available, confirm with us via email upon being approved at burnaby@fuelsupplements.com )
What discount do ambassadors receive?
Approved ambassadors receive a permanent 20% discount on all Fuel Supplements products for personal use.
Do I need a large following to apply?
Not necessarily. We value authenticity and engagement over follower count. If you're genuinely passionate about fitness, sports nutrition, and Fuel Supplements, we want to hear from you.
Can I use my referral code on my own orders?
No. Your referral code is for other customers, new or returning. Orders you place yourself or that ship to your own address do not earn commission, and the 15% referral discount does not stack with the 15% commission on the same order. For personal purchases use your 20% ambassador code, which you receive when you are approved.
Why didn't I earn commission on an order that was delivered to me?
Our affiliate platform checks each referred order against the ambassador's own details and does not pay commission on self-purchases. That includes orders placed under your own account or shipped to you, even when your referral code was applied at checkout. Commission is reserved for sales to your audience.
Can my referrals also join the Fuel Loyalty Rewards program?
Absolutely! All customers — including those referred by ambassadors — can join our Fuel Supplements Loyalty Rewards program for free and start earning points on every purchase.
