Are pump supplements stimulant-free?

Not all of them. HD Muscle PumpHD Stim Free, Ghost Pump Non-Stim and Believe Pump Addict Stim-Free list no caffeine, but Believe Pump Addict MAX 2.0 lists 175 mg per half scoop and Mammoth Pump 200 mg per scoop. Check the panel before you buy.

How much citrulline is in a serving?

HD Muscle PumpHD lists 5.5 g L-citrulline per half scoop, Ghost Pump 3,000 mg per scoop and Believe Pump Addict Stim-Free 6,000 mg citrulline malate. Citrulline malate includes malic acid: Believe's MAX label shows 4,080 mg providing 2,285 mg L-citrulline.

What is glycerol in a pump formula?

Glycerol is another common pump ingredient. RAW Pump2's supplement facts list one ingredient, 6 g of Glycersize (65% glycerol powder) per scoop, while Believe Pump Addict Stim-Free includes 1,000 mg glycerol monostearate alongside citrulline and agmatine.

Can I take a pump product with my pre-workout?

A stimulant-free pump is often paired with a caffeinated pre-workout. Check both panels first: Applied Nutrition ABE Pump and HD Muscle PumpHD also contain creatine and beta-alanine, so those amounts add to what's in your pre-workout.

Do pump supplements contain allergens?

Some do. HD Muscle PumpHD lists casein hydrolysate from milk, and RAW Pump2 is made on shared equipment that also processes milk, soy, egg, wheat and other allergens. Read the label if you avoid dairy or other allergens.
